On Saturday 21st August 2021, we spent the day at the Tappy Jam’s annual Skate & BMX event!
Tappy Jam was created in memory of Matt Tapp who sadly took his own life. Held at Farnborough skatepark, Skateboarders and BMX riders spend the day showcasing their best tricks and jumps.
Over the past 8 years, Tappy Jam have raised over £23,000 for CALM, a suicide prevention charity. Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) run a free, confidential helpline and webchat for anyone who needs to talk about life’s problems. They also work with communities and campaign to spread awareness of suicide and its devastating impact.
Tappy Jam Charity Tee
This year, we teamed up with Tappy Jam to bring you this amazing tee, designed by Thomas Hearn.
Available to purchase on our app, 100% of the profits from each sale are being donated to CALM.
The Tappy Jam tee will be on sale until Monday 30th August so there’s still time to order one! Head over to the Bad Monday app to purchase.
With the help of our amazing customers, we have raised and donated £1050! Thank you all so much for your support and custom. This money will be used by CALM to support and help those that need it most. Just £8 funds one potentially life-saving call so with our donation we can really make a difference - thank you!
Here’s a selection of our favourite shots from the day. There was some crazy talent so a big shoutout to all those that took part!
