Delivery & Returns

We know how important is is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days. 

However, please note that during holidays and sales periods, bank holiday and weekends, this may take longer.

Please Note: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all of our customers if there any changes to this. 

However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times.

Please allow all orders 2-5 business days for processing.
(Bank Holidays & Weekends NOT Included).

Once orders are processed they will be shipped using the shipping method you selected at checkout.


The UK has reached a trade agreement with the EU that has taken effect from 01.01.21. The agreement establishes zero tariffs or duties on trade between the UK & the EU. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe will continue as normal and will avoid any further charges. 

All European orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), our courier may contact you for more information regarding your shipment, however, you will not be charged. 


Delivery Address

We will always endeavour to ensure your order reaches the correct address but it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided at the point of order, particularly when ordering internationally.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £15 for any change to the order details post-purchase.

If the order is returned to Bad Monday because of incorrect delivery details the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the item. If there is no response then Bad Monday will return the item to stock and issue a refund less an administration fee of £15.

Please note - unfortunately we are unable to send to APO or Armed Forces addresses due to courier restrictions.

When purchasing items in the UK your order will be sent via Royal Mail.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing + 2-3 days for delivery.

For orders under £100 the delivery fee will be £3.95 (Tracked Standard).

Orders over £100 are eligible for free tracked standard shipping.

Please allow 2-4 working days for standard delivery.

2. USA & Canada

Full Tracked Shipping  - £10

Express 48hr Tracked Service - £20 (Delivered in 48hrs from dispatch)

Orders of £100 are eligible for free shipping

Shipping times are set by the service providers we partner with. Estimated time for delivery is 5-10 working days, however this can be extended to 30 days due to customs. If your order does not arrive in 30 days please contact us.

3. Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Bad Monday Apparel. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt. 

To Exchange / Return your item(s) please fill out the returns form included in your order. 

This must be completed and include your order number (found on your order confirmation email), your full name and the item(s) you would like to return/exchange. 

Before returning your items back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as you received them. All items must be:

  • In the original packaging with the label/tag attached
  • Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
  • Perfume, make-up and smoke free
  • Free from pet/animal hair

All items are inspected upon return.

Alternatively, please include a note/letter with your return including all the relevant information. 

Returns that are received without this information may experience processing delays. 

If you are sending a return from outside the UK, you must clearly state on the customs form that the parcel is a return. 

Once your return parcel has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange/refund has been processed. 

Please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your refund will have the original shipping costs deducted. If you have a requested an exchange, the replacement order will be shipped free of charge. We do not offer a free returns policy.

Any returns received after the return period of 30 days will not qualify for a refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a cleaning fee of £10 if the item conditions of the return are not met.

Please note, we are unable to take responsibility if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed in transit. We recommend sending all returns back to us with tracked shipping and to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
