How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link, you can use this to track your order. Please note there may be a small delay between the email and the tracking link updating. If you are having any issues tracking your order please email

When will I get my order?

This will depend on where your order is being delivered to, please refer to our shipping page for estimated shipping times.

When will my order be dispatched?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. However, please note that during holidays and sales periods, bank holiday and weekends, this may take longer.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

We hope that your order arrives as expected but if there is a problem then please contact our customer services team on and they will endeavour to rectify any issues.

How do I make a return?

Please refer to our returns page which should give you all the information you need to make an exchange or return.

Can I amend my order?

If you have made a mistake on your order please email our customer services team as soon as possible on, our team will endeavour to make the necessary adjustments, however, we will not be able to make any amendments if your order has already been dispatched.

Have you received my return?

Once we have received your return back to the warehouse we will process it, this can take up to 10 working days. Once we have processed your return we will send you email confirmation. If requesting a refund it will be refunded back to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds can take up to 3 working days to process and funds to clear.

Why is my discount code not working?

There could be a number of reasons your discount code is not working, please check the expiry and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with another or with sale items. If you are still having issues please contact so they can look into this for you.

My delivery address is wrong, what can I do?

If you notice a mistake on your delivery address please contact our customer services team as soon as possible on so they can amend this for you. Please note if your order is dispatched prior to you making contact unfortunately we will not be able to amend the delivery address.

What if my item is out of stock?

On occasions, some items may go out of stock and we will be unable to send you the item you have ordered. We will endeavor to contact you to organise an alternative item or refund, however during busy periods we may substitute your item with a similar one.
