What we've done internally to improve the brand for 2026.
From product, to shipping and dispatching orders, please take time to read the blog post below on the improvements were making for 2026. We discuss all areas effected during the end of 2025 and the changes were implementing from today.
Welcome to a new era for Bad Monday!
As we settle into 2026, we’ve been doing a lot of looking in the mirror. We ended 2025 with a lot of orders, but we let you down with shipping times and in the rush to catch up we dropped the ball on quality checks, leaving some of you with below standard product. We asked how can we serve you better? How can we make our products better? And how can we make the experience of shopping with us feel special every single time?
We didn’t just want to make minor tweaks; we wanted to overhaul our process from the warehouse floor to your front door. Here is a look at the major changes we’ve made this year to bring you the best version of Bad Monday yet.
Our warehouse team is run by a Director of the company.
In recent years we have outsourced our warehousing to affiliated partners - this was done with good intention, less time packing orders in theory would mean more time building the brand and product. This however, hasn't worked out the way we wanted. We feel like the fulfilment and dispatch needed to be brought back under our own control again, so from March 1st 2026 this will be in effect. Why does this matter to you? Because it means the people printing, packing, and checking your order are managed day by day by Alice, one of the directors here at Bad Monday. When you buy from us, your orders are quality checked by our in house team, printed and packed in our own warehouse, resulting in higher attention to detail and better service across the board.
The "Unboxing" Experience.
Receiving a package should feel like receiving a gift, even if you bought it for yourself. We felt our previous packaging didn't quite match the quality of the clothes inside, so we’ve given it refresh.
We have improved the materials we use and added special touches inside the parcel. From the outer packaging to the inserts included with your order, the "opening experience" is now cleaner, more premium, and designed to make your ordering experience a whole lot better. P.S - stickers are coming back! We will be including a free sticker with every parcel just like we used to do.
Better Products, Better Fit.
Finally, let's talk about the clothes. We have taken your feedback from the last few years and poured it into our 2026 collections. From the fabric we use to the vibrancy of our prints, everything is being upgraded to bring you the best possible product.
* Fabric Upgrades: We’ve sourced higher-quality materials that feel better on the skin and last longer in the wash. Our standard fit tee's have gone up to 220gsm from 180gsm so they feel thicker whilst fitting better.
* Refined Fits: We’ve tweaked our cuts to ensure consistency and comfort. We are streamlining our product range to keep the fit and feel consistent so you can buy with confidence.
Summary.
We are incredibly excited about these changes - we recognise that change was needed and we feel this is the start of that process. Please always feel free to give us feedback (positive or negative) as without this it would be extremely difficult to identify issues with the brand.
We acknowledge that the past few months haven't been great, but we're here holding accountability and putting right the wrongs. Thanks for sticking with us, every comment, like and order doesn't go unnoticed - we are forever grateful for the community we have built and all your support over the 8 years we have been in business.
Team Bad Monday.
